It is  hard to believe that we are in June already…, and with it my friends, another happy project as DT member for ‘A Creative Need’ monthly challenge blog. Once again, I really have enjoyed working with another wonderful image designed by Deena.  

This image of a lovely boy walking reminded me of my son, and since I have already begun to talk to him about the importance of being happy in life, I just knew I had to relate my project to this thought. The blank page on his hand was perfect for writing the word ‘Happiness’ on it…

I begun with creating this background with warm and soothing colours as a warm up to get me inspired…

Sorry I did not manage to take more picture of the process, but all happened very quick  and never thought of it… I suddenly saw the path I wanted to create and I just did it in the best way I could by drawing the shape of the OM symbol… I chant it ever so often and it’s sound represents for me the connection with the higher self and the divine within…. OM is the Self beyond all words!  (I used to practise Yoga in a regular basis before I had my child… While I was creating this card the message coming into mind was that I must come back to the practise again!!)…

I hope my project will inspire you in whichever aspect of your everyday life, and for those crafty souls out there, maybe you’ve got motivated enough to submit your cards to this challenge and win some digital images.
