Yes, my dear friends and the rest of the Universe,

I feel so happy to continue participating as a Design Team member for  the Brown Sugar Challenge Blog.  I couldn’t have asked for a better week to come back to my on-going submissions, than this one  as the name of the image is called ‘Cognitive Thoughts’, which to me its an amazing synchronicity following  my latest post,…

I know some of you may be interested to know the sponsor of this image, which is Stichy Bear digi outlet .

Cognition is a word that dates back to the 15th century when it meant “thinking and awareness.”  How interesting… Cognitive thoughts is certainly thinking healthy, this is thinking positive.. We must keep reminding ourselves that the more we practise stopping negative thoughts, the better we will feel, and we will be more able to handle life’s challenges, and more able to avoid or cope with stress, anxiety, etc…

“Education is not the learning of the facts, but the training of the mind to think” – Albert Einstein

Here is my first splash of paint  for this project including my attractive (not) toes.. :-).., sorry!.. The colours used are a mixture of acrylic browns, yellow ochre, yellows and golden shades) onto a corrugated piece of cardboard..

I also worked a bit more on the background with more acrylics as you see on the picture

This post was meant to be a short one, but before I end it, please allow me to repeat myself when I say that in art one does not always have to find a meaning, but simply to ‘look’, ‘observe’, ‘feel’ and ‘drift’ your soul away…

Thank you for being here and hope you found something you liked to make you come back again… Have a great week and… STAY POSITIVE !!…x
