Welcome FALL

Hello everyone and the rest of the Universe, how are you?

Its time to LOVE is FALL.. 🙂

I thought today it was a good day to share this tag with you in the hope to cheer you up in this grey and raining day (I love London!) which some of us would love staying in bed reading a book and having a hot cup of tea (coffee for you?, me too..)

The arrival of the fall has traditionally being seen as a period of changes as it leads to the dark of winter… Since day and night are of equal length, and we tend to fear the dark, for some of us the fall brings the need to balance light and darkness within ourselves..

In the Fall the trees let go of their leaves and they grow… Autumn is a time for letting go and releasing things that have been a burden.  Fall is the right time to practice getting out of the way and letting Spirit take charge of our lives… LETTING GO LET US GROW..

The idea of this tag came along following my last post (Yellows and Oranges) when I created ‘nature love’ card for ACN challenge blog. I liked the birds image so much I felt the need to use them again, so I was delighted to get an idea of what to create.. I had some kitchen roll paper I have used for absorbing excess of paint on my projects and I realised there were some patterns I could use together with the birds…

I begun to cut pieces here and there… Can you see the leaves shapes?

and there are also some patterns which to me represent some  kind of foliage and flowers.. So, I kept cutting and glueing.. I don’t know if you notice, but the yellow petal at the button is a real dried petal from the flowers my son and I find on the ground in some of our walks…

As you can see the paper was splashed with a mixture of vibrant watercolours and gelatos, I couldn’t stop mixing my favourites energising and uplifting yellows, oranges, reds, blues and greens… I hope you liked the end result and give it a try yourself, you would be amazed of the outcome, it will be certainly worth it…

I really loved the process of making this tag (yes, you guessed it, ‘unfinished’ tag), as I felt the colours were driving me to accomplish such a sweet and heart touching little piece of art..

Thank you for taking a few minutes of your precious time reading this post today…xx
